Release Insecurity & Build Confidence | In Real Time Wellness

Building Confidence

You’re wilting under the constant pressure to be someone you are not. It seems like everyone around you is ‘living their best life’ and you’re stuck with replaying the good old days that were actually, not that great.

You’re hoping that one day you’ll be the type of person who inspires others to do better. Someone who stands up for themselves and for others. Someone who feels sure of themselves every time they leave the house.

The type of person that doesn’t cover every thought with self-doubt. The one whose hopes and dreams manifest into reality.

Believe it or not, you already have all the things you need in order to be the confident person that you long to be.

Therapy is just a tool that can help you uncover the person inside that is wilted and help you confidently grow and flourish in the way you’ve always envisioned.

My clients that feel overwhelmed by feelings of insecurity are convinced that confidence is something that will never be achieved. They’re used to being mocked and ridiculed for the way they look and act.

If you feel as though the environment you’re in, is producing  more feelings of worthlessness than wonderment, I think I can help.

Together, my clients and I review the value of creating and maintaining healthy boundaries.  I’m a firm believer that boundaries help to keep us safe and without them, we’re destined to maintain a life of misery and disappointment.

When shifting from insecure to confident, it’s not an overnight process. With hard-work and a willingness to unlearn old habits, my clients have experienced confidence in all areas of their lives.

Together, we assess the various life domains that bring about the deepest feelings of insecurity. We determine how we can prune the unproductive thought and behavior patterns, while simultaneously cultivating your innate gifts.

Throughout our time together, my clients and I celebrate all the wins and all the feels.

The moments when no one else noticed how difficult it was for you to speak but inside you know the ‘old you’ would be impressed with how well you’re embracing your life as a confident, caring, and compassionate person.

And the moment when you’re feeling so frustrated that you give your biggest adversary a piece of your mind in a confident and kind way.

How much does therapy cost?

My current rate is $200 for a 75-minute intake session aka the first session and $175+ for a 45+ minute individual follow-up sessions.

Can I use my insurance to cover the cost of my therapy sessions?

It depends on your current insurance benefits.

Click here for the current list of in-network insurance providers.

If you don’t see your provider listed, contact the membership hotline on the back of your insurance card, and ask your insurance provider, if your current plan includes ‘Out of Network’ benefits for outpatient mental health treatment.

“Out of Network” benefits may include, reimbursement, or the ability to pay for therapy using a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)

Will I be in therapy forever?

No, you will not be in therapy forever. I believe that therapy is helpful as long as you are growing and changing as a result of implementing the tools and techniques that are discussed in session. If you and I both do our jobs, you will not be in therapy forever.
